1. Who we are

"We," "us," and "Next Day Hail Repair" refer to Next Day Hail Repair, LLC, a coordination and referral service that matches drivers with certified body shops and handles their hail-damage insurance claims. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our website, phone calls, text messages, and any online forms you submit to us.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly and a small amount of information automatically when you use our website.

Information you give us

  • Your name, phone number, and zip code
  • Email address (if you provide one)
  • Vehicle details (year, make, model, VIN if needed for a claim)
  • Photos of your vehicle damage that you send to us
  • Insurance policy information needed to file or process a claim
  • Notes you include in any contact form about your damage or situation

Information collected automatically

  • Basic technical data from your browser (device type, screen size, referring page)
  • Aggregated, anonymous traffic data through standard web analytics
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 6

3. How we use your information

We use the information you give us to:

  • Respond to your request and match you with a certified local body shop
  • File and follow up on an insurance claim on your behalf, if you ask us to
  • Send you status updates by call, text, or email about your match and claim
  • Share necessary details with the repair shop you choose to work with
  • Improve our website and customer experience
  • Comply with applicable laws and resolve disputes

4. Text messages & SMS consent

If you opt in to text-message communication — by checking the SMS-consent box on a form, replying to a text we send, or otherwise affirming consent — we may send you messages about your specific match, claim, or repair.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan. Message frequency varies based on the status of your repair. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text from us; we will confirm the opt-out and stop sending non-essential messages. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or call us at (720) 310-6313.

Opting out of texts will not affect your ability to use our services. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in records are kept solely for our use and are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the situations below:

  • Insurance carriers and adjusters — when you ask us to file or supplement a claim, we share the information needed to process it (your contact info, vehicle details, photos, and the shop's written estimate)
  • The repair shop we match you with — we pass along your contact and vehicle information so the shop can schedule and complete your repair
  • Service providers we hire — limited information is shared with vendors that help us run the business (such as scheduling software, CRM tools, and communication platforms)
  • Legal compliance — when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights, customers, or property
  • Business changes — if Next Day Hail Repair is sold or merged, customer records may transfer to the new owner under the same privacy protections

6. Cookies & analytics

Our website uses a small number of cookies and standard analytics tools to understand how visitors find and use our site. These tools may capture aggregated information such as the pages you visited, how long you stayed, and what device you used. They do not identify you personally to us.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not break the basic functionality of our site, though some convenience features may behave differently.

7. How we protect your data

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information you give us, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on our website, access controls on internal systems, and limiting employee access on a need-to-know basis. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and respond promptly to any concern you raise.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Ask for a copy of the personal information we have about you
  • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
  • Ask us to delete information we no longer need
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time
  • Withdraw consent for SMS or email messages

To make a request, contact us using the information in Section 12. We will verify your identity before responding and reply within a reasonable timeframe required by applicable law.

9. How long we keep records

We keep customer records for as long as needed to provide service and meet our recordkeeping and tax obligations. Claim-related records are typically retained for at least seven years to support any insurance disputes or audits that may arise.

10. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. If we make a material change, we'll provide a more prominent notice (such as an email or website banner) before it takes effect.

Next Day Hail Repair (720) 310-6313

Next Day Hail Repair is a coordination and referral service. We are not a body shop and do not perform vehicle repairs. "Next day" refers to lining up a certified repair facility and initiating your insurance claim within 24 hours of contact — not completion of repairs, which are scheduled and performed by independent, certified shops. We do not provide legal or insurance advice. You are free to choose any repair facility you wish.
