Terms of Service

In plain English: These terms explain what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and what happens if something goes wrong. We're a coordination and referral service — we line up certified repair shops and handle your insurance claim. If anything here is unclear, call us and we'll walk through it with you.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By contacting Next Day Hail Repair, LLC ("Next Day Hail Repair," "we," "us," or "our"), submitting a request through our website, or otherwise engaging our coordination service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy. Any written authorization, service agreement, or repair work order you sign directly with a repair shop is between you and that shop.

2. Our services

Next Day Hail Repair is a coordination and referral service. We are not a body shop and we do not perform vehicle repairs. Our service consists of:

  • Matching you with a certified, independent local body shop that handles hail damage
  • Starting and coordinating your insurance claim on your behalf, with your authorization
  • Acting as a single point of contact between you, the shop, and your insurance carrier

"Next day" refers to lining up a shop and initiating your claim within 24 hours of contact — it does not refer to the time it takes to physically repair your vehicle, which is scheduled and performed by the independent repair shop.

3. Quotes & pricing

Our coordination service is offered to you at no charge. The cost of the actual vehicle repair is determined by the repair shop and your insurance carrier. Any quote you receive will come from the repair shop directly; we do not set repair prices.

The only money you pay out of pocket is your insurance deductible, paid directly to the repair shop — never to Next Day Hail Repair.

4. Insurance claims

If you ask us to file or assist with a claim, you authorize us to (a) communicate with your insurance carrier and adjuster, (b) share photos, vehicle information, and shop estimates needed to process the claim, and (c) advocate for what your policy reasonably covers.

Your insurance policy is between you and your carrier. We cannot guarantee any particular outcome, payout, or deductible treatment. We do not provide legal or insurance advice.

5. Your responsibilities

To use our service effectively, we ask that you:

  • Provide accurate name, phone, zip, and contact details
  • Confirm that you have authority to authorize repairs on the vehicle in question
  • Communicate openly with both us and the repair shop we match you with
  • Honor any agreements you sign directly with the repair shop, including payment of your deductible

6. Independent repair shops

Repairs are performed by independent third-party repair facilities that we refer you to. While we only recommend shops we'd trust with our own vehicles, those shops are not employees, agents, or partners of Next Day Hail Repair. The repair contract, warranty, and all obligations relating to the physical repair work are between you and the chosen shop.

You are always free to choose any repair facility you wish. You are not required to use a shop we suggest.

7. Disclaimers & limits of liability

Our coordination service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our service is limited to the amount you paid us (which, for our coordination service, is $0). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — such as lost income, rental costs, or diminished vehicle value — except where required by applicable law.

Because we are not the repair shop, we are not liable for the quality, timing, workmanship, or warranty of the repair work itself. Those obligations rest with the independent shop you choose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for personal injury caused by our negligence or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Disputes & arbitration

If a dispute arises, please contact us first — most issues are resolved with a phone call. If we can't reach a resolution, any remaining dispute will be settled by binding arbitration in the state and county where Next Day Hail Repair is headquartered, conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except for small-claims matters which either party may bring in small-claims court.

You and we each waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitration related to any service performed by Next Day Hail Repair.

9. Use of our website

Our website is provided for informational purposes and to let you request our coordination service. You agree not to (a) attempt to disrupt or compromise the site, (b) use automated tools to scrape or copy content for unauthorized purposes, or (c) submit false or harmful information through our forms.

Our brand name, logo, content, and photographs are owned by us or licensed to us and may not be reused without permission, except for fair-use purposes like sharing a link or quote.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
